Administrative/Biographical History NoteThe College of Southern Idaho was created in 1965 by the State of Idaho as the first Community College in the Southern Idaho region. It has served throughout its history as a pioneer of technological advancement, inclusiveness, and progressive education. James Gentry served as the unofficial historian of the College of Southern Idaho since he began teaching history. Around the fiftieth anniversary of the College, he decided to record interviews and describe the first fifty years of the Colleg of Southern Idaho in a book. Scope and Content NoteThis collection contains all video productions of the College of Southern Idaho Video Department for various purposes. Some are instructional or informational. Others were made for entertainment. Most of them were created under the guidance of Teresa Sept. RestrictionsItems in this collection do not circulate and may be used in-house only.
