Administrative/Biographical History NoteThe College of Southern Idaho was created in 1965 by the State of Idaho as the first Community College in the Southern Idaho region. It has served throughout its history as a pioneer of technological advancement, inclusiveness, and progressive education. The basketball team in the 1970s was one of the most powerful teams in the state of Idaho. The marketing team decided to take advantage of this fact and recorded many of the games played by this team on videofilm. Scope and Content NoteThis collection showcases the strengths of the CSI basketball team throughout the 1970s. It also shows the priorities of the college in marketing their basketball team, as seen in one or two reels. RestrictionsItems in this collection do not circulate and may be used in-house only.
