Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972

Persons of the College of Southern Idaho community, guests and visitors have the right to be free from discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. All persons of the campus community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

CSI believes in student success and individual attention. We recognize that our students are individuals with individual needs. We believe in providing comprehensive student support services and promoting student success. For these reasons, we want you to be aware of your rights and responsibilities under Title IX, which is a federal law that ensures all people have an equal opportunity for education.
